Company Background
Morning Sunshine Gingerbread Pancakes were first sold in Baltimore, Maryland a decade ago. They were developed at my Bed & Breakfast, A House By the Side of the Road. The product was known as Angelic Gourmet Gingerbread Pancakes and were featured on the home shopping channel QVC. I returned to my home, Austin, Texas in 1999 never dreaming I would get the opportunity to share my dream with others again. I made up batches of the mix for friends around the holidays and each year the demand grew. Now I am able to share them with you.
Our Mission/Vision
This company is dedicated to delivering the highest quality products to the consumer while giving back to the community who supports it. For each bag of product sold, one dollar will go to a selected charity. Our current selected charity is the Lone Star Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
The amount will appear on this page and will be updated monthly. We feel strongly that we can all be a part of the solution to making our world a better place.
